/ Our Heritage

Built on Fire and Family

In the heart of Rustenburg, we gather around the warmth of open coals. Mitsos Grill is our family's proud tribute to meticulously aged South African beef, slow-cooked ribs, and unhurried hospitality.

The Mitsos Way

Generosity sets our table.

We believe a truly great meal cannot be rushed. At Mitsos Grill, we reserve your table for the entire evening, giving your family the space to share generous platters and laugh without limits.

The Flame

Honoring the Coals

Our culinary foundation rests entirely on the uncompromising heat of the coals. We source premium local beef, meticulously wet-aging it for twenty-eight days, before hand-cutting every single steak to order.

From the crackle of local hardwood to the perfect sear of the grate, our open kitchen brings the dramatic theatricality of traditional flame-grilling directly to your table.
